I've always felt that my dealer could never fix an issue in one visit. I'd be very specific about a problem, book it in, and then they'd identify/verify the problem. Then they'd order parts and I'd go in again. That's the best-case scenario. The other scenario is that they can't find a fault and then it goes in again, ad nauseum.
