So I phoned Adrian Flux, provided my details and they've given me a quote £106 cheaper than last year with Bell, and £129 cheaper than Bell this year. It's the cheapest quote I've had so it looks like I'm moving my policy to them on Friday morning.

Give A-Plan a call also they were £150 cheaper than A flux for me and my partner.
