What's up with Crowfoot Mini Service? Does anyone else have issues when dealing with Crowfoot Mini? It took us 3 weeks to make a service appointment and today was finally the day to bring it in. As they still hadn't called to say that it was ready, we called. Of course you can never speak to anyone right away so we had to leave a message. Surprisingly they called back. Apparently they haven't even gotten to it but "maybe" tomorrow. Apparently they have another 17 cars that they hadn't got to today yet either? What's the point of making an appointment then? This by far isn't the first time this has happened. The last time it took a whopping 8 days to complete the service because they were simply too busy.
Does any one else have the same trouble with them? Does anyone take their Mini elsewhere? If so where? We love the car but dread getting any sort of service done. There has to be another place in this city that's more reliable. What about warranty concerns? If the servicing is not done at Crowfoot Mini, will there be any issues if warranty work arises?
