I bought my Cooper D from Robert Stern (our neighbour recommended them) and I've been very happy with the service I have recieved.
For me the trip to Worcester is hardly round the corner (somer 30+ miles) but well worth it. Originally I only went to be nosey and they were even great about me just wanting to browse - not the slightest bit pushy!
I dealt with Andy (although he was actually on day off when I ordered) and I just couldn't beleive how many phonecalls I got from them updating me on what was happening - even just phoning me thanking/congratulating on the purchase.
Maxine in finance was very helpful and although I didn't need finance she was very helpful and gave me plenty on everything finanical.
I would definately go there again...Benhams in Wolverhampton is my local dealer but they turned me off when I went there to browse and got treated like dirt/thief - not the way to sell cars!! |
