I have written to BMW Canada, and have never received a response.

Both dealerships in town (BMW Gallery/MINI Crowfoot, and Calgary BMW) have the same owner. Therefore the same terrible service at both locations. I am starting to wonder why I purchased a 3rd BMW. I guess I like the vehicles and am confident that one day the service will improve.
