MINI2 - MINI Forum - View Single Post - Rattle from the flexible joint on the exhaust manifold

Hi,

My MINI Cooper S (2003) has developed a rattle which is coming from the flexible joint at the bottom of the exhaust manifold.

I have been told that this item can not be repaired and the only solution is to replace the whole exhaust manifold.

Can anyone offer any other ideas / solutions?
