I always use RAC now.
Autoglass when replacinig a windscreen of mine cut through my Microphone wire for the hands free car kit, and then tucked it up under the lining!
I had to call someone out to fix, and then bill them for it. Total LOSERS, don't bother using them.

I have never had a problem with RAC.
