[quote=RS3TURN;3238133]I have written to BMW Canada, and have never received a response.

In my experience, letters get ignored (Suzuki - we had two of their vehicles, we now have zero). When I had the major electrical issue with my car, past warranty of course, I phoned MINI Canada/BMW. Within 10 minutes they had called the dealership to find out what was going on. I had told them that the service was excellent but that the car quality was questionable. There were several calls back and forth between the dealership and BMW as well as a couple of calls to me. I suggest calling and voicing your opinion, even though this time was not as big a nightmare. Companies have lost dealerships in the past because of poor service.

Bonus to a phone call - it's recorded.
