Hmmm... I too would be worried about gear changes and handbrake accessibility when fitting an armrest in a car as small as the MINI.

Best to drive enthusiastically enough to keep booth hands busy at all times.

I'm pretty sure the police with be none-too-happy with the penknife. As for the MagLight, I've got a full-sized version in my glovebox.
