a runflat tyre is exact that, a run flat tyre.
If it has been driven on whilst being flat, then the side walls of the tyre are weakened and stressed and would definetly need to be replaced.
If however, you have not driven on the tyre while flat and the puncture is also not in the sidewall then the possibility of having the tyre plugged is feasable.
Be aware that it would not be a good idea to travel at high speed on the repaired tyre though and you should consider a replacement or a new set of radial tyres which are better priced than runflats
