When you say the intake temp was 27 deg, was that with a Scanguage 2? If so how many parameters were you monitoring?
At a guess I would say that where the power is trailing off is because of the JW map being so rich / high intake temps / timing being retarded / slipping belt.
I would do a compression / leakdown check just to make sure everything is a ok..
What was your 1/4 mile time ET and weight?
