I was put off by the BMW dealership thing,I'd been to Blue Bell and been ignored, then I went to the Williams "Mini only" showroom in Manchester.
Great little showroom, friendly, Mini enthusiastic staff, Mark & Gino were brilliant with my order and didn't seem to mind the amount of times I "popped in for coffee" before delivery, changed spec etc etc
Worth a look if you're having problems...
