Hi all - I have defected from the VW Forum (www.mytreg.com • Index page) where I have lived for the last 4 years......

I have ordered a Lightning Blue/Silver Clubman D with all the electrical gizmo options (c.£21k) for March 1st.

I have also bought a number plate for it:-

CL08MEN (well its as close as I could get to CLUBMAN).

Have also got a factory visit Feb 1st courtesy of Derek on this Forum (very many thanks to him!!).

I am in a loan Cooper D till mine arrives - its doing 57mpg which is double what I used to get (and doing 25k per year was getting pricey ~ £100 a week in fuel). Even managed 94.4mpg one morning commuting to work over 20 motorway miles, slipstreaming a 56mph lorry !!!)

Get used to having me around....I have no real friends !!!!
