£30?!!! Is that all...I got a £60 fine and a severe ticking off from mr plod....fair enough I had my fogs on, but I was travelling a long distance, and going over the A66(?) back from the Lakes it was extremely foggy, and I had merely forgotton to turn them off when out of it
