Should really have the pulley done, but a remap isn't always necessary even once the pulley is done as I think I have read on here that the ecu adapts. Paul from 1320 autos is still running stock air filter+stock map and the mods are putting out 247bhp

and I think Roland (GTT)makes good hp with stock maps (maybe someone could back this up or advise if I'm wrong)
