As some of you know, I had my DS/W S up for sale for the last couple of weeks. Had it in Autotrader, and apart from a couple of scammers, didn't get much interest, and after a few luckless days on eBay, I part-exed it for the new toy yesterday morning.

The guys in David Prentice were absolutely brilliant - Aaron caused me many sleepless nights with his constant text updates, and went out of his way to ensure the Checkmate was about as perfect as it could be for me picking it up. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always good for a bit of banter.
Thanks to NickyJ for helping me count down the number of sleeps, to 118 for helping me spec my barra in the interim, to Phanny for metaphorically holding my hand as we handed over our previous MINI keys almost simultaneously on Saturday morning (good luck with the new car hun

Just as an interesting aside, I see from the service book that it was bought from Syntner MINI, so some of you guys might even have seen it about!
