That is a real shame... having seen the new car in action at the Silverstone test it was clear how much quicker it was than the car it was due to replace. I was chatting to one of the German guys who was there and, although he wouldn't give me specifics, the car is around four seconds per lap quicker too. Fingers crossed I'll be able to swing a trip to the Nordschleife for the 24 hours - I know the German version of the series sold out in 2007. |
