i got my one when i was 17, i have found 19 seems to be the magic age at which companies are happy to insure you on a cooper with you as the named driver. very annoying as i would of loved an s but settled with a one like a lot of ppl my age on here. was 19 on sunday alredy looking for an s

(still a pipe dream).

I found direct line cheap when my car was standard but they hav a no mod policy if you are under 25. Good luck with you search!!!!
