2500 miles in and 'touch wood' no issues. That is, except one cracked windscreen, replaced last week, and now the new one is chipped as well! Anyone would think my commute around the M25 was a Welsh rally stage!
As to the bongs.... I noticed that placing a bag beside me on the passenger seat could fool the seatbelt/bum sensor in the seat to believe the 'occupent' had removed their belt, resulting in the occasional bong on a fast roundabout, bump etc. By the time I'd checked the display the bump had passed, the sensor believed there was no-one in the seat again and the display was blank again.
Not sure if this is any help to anyone, but it might explain things for some!
