Everybody agrees I think, the stripes should stop at the bumper or If fitted to the bumper finished of around anything in its path (and not just cut straight), in your case the fog-light

Stripes like that don't do it for me, that's my own personal taste though

Get them sorted out because when everybody starts to look and admire your MINI and muttering to each other (and you can't quite hear them) rather than feeling proud, knowing that they will saying "that's a nice MINI", "I like"...this that or the other etc... etc... it will be on the back of your mind thinking, were they actually commenting on the stripes looking odd, not being finished of properly. Taking that comment in mind these MINI owners are a very picky bunch and sharpe eyed
, and will pick up on anything (spot anything), most people wont notice it
