Yep they (ebay ones) will fit if you get the right spiggot rings.
If the others are really from a VR6 corrado then they are 5 stud (so wont fit), if they are 4 stud then the guy is mistaken in believing his car is an official VR6 corrado but this does mean that they will fit the MINI as the early Corrados were 4x100 stud pattern
I think you will find that those wheels with 205 tyres will have very little kurb protection so damageing them could be easy. 205 on a 7.5 rim is very skinny. You really need 215s on them and that increases the risk of any rubbing. However if you use Minisport 20mm eibachs instead of the standard 30mm eibachs then you will probably enocounter no scrubbing on a 215/40 tyre unless possibly you have 2 people in the back and on a bumpy road (plus the srubbing is usually minimal from my experiences)
