We took our 05 cooper convertible in for service and they gave us a 08 cooper hardtop for a loaner, man this thing feels like a rocket compared to ours. What changes have they made since the 05? The gearing felt different, it had more pickup off the line, reved higher and the engine was a little louder. I was pretty impressed with it, not really a fan of the dash though they make it impossible to put in an aftermarket radio
