Hello,

I recently checked my oil level, and found it to be minimum, so quickly bought some oil from texaco. Not knowing anything about Oil, i asked the bloke in there who suggested for my Mini Cooper the Havolin 15-40w (suitable for hot hatches etc).

Its only know having put in half a litre, that I have read i should of used synthetic, and not mineral oil.

Only half a litre in car at most, major problem??
