least mine was just down to sods law and bad luck. But must hurt more if its down to a tuners handy work ( or not so handy as the case may be) Sounds like somebody has been mapping to get those extreme extra BHp ( for headline Figure) and skimping on the extras to protect the engine.
Adds to the old moto of you get what you pay for.
