I am suprised your even getting away with 18x8.5 ... I was told last week when looking a new wheels that the biggest I could go would be 18x8, and preferebly 18x7.5 as for 19x8.5 or 9.5 I wouldnt like to be a passenger I highly doubt they will fit, and if they do you'll be scraping and rubbing everytime you as much as hit a stone

I dont think it will matter wheather or not your car is lowered, yes 19s will fit, but it's the width of the wheel which will cause the problem
