I am running 19"x 8" rims with 215/35/19" tyres on my lowered R53 with no drama's.
I have 17"s also for track days.
There is no difference in ride between 18"s with 35 series or 19"s with 35 series.
Just stay away from 30 series & get the correct offset & you will be fine.
Keep in mind people were saying 18"s were too big years ago too, so don't be put off by detractors, i personally think 15"s or 16"s with big sidewalls look ridiculous, its all up to you. |
