Heya,

I was wondering if anybody could advise me on something.
I want to get 2 spot lights for the front of my 02 plate cooper S as well as 2 bonnet stripes.

I went to BMW for a quote for the work and. The parts (for everything) is around £200 and the fitting of the spot lights is 2 hours labour (£234), he couldn't tell me the price for the sripes as they are done by an external comany.

So ... im looking at around the best part of £500 for all the work which to me sounds like a lot.

Does anybody know of any places or companies that sell and fit mini spot lights and bonnet stripes, also what are the lights like to fit, my boyfriend is a fairly competent mechanic, would he be able to do it, the wiring maybe an issue, what is this like. I have seen lots of lights on eBay but i am a little dubious of the quality etc.
