Well its all great to encourage people to move to lower emission cars, but if I sell my car to get a lower emission car, someone else will buy it and so it will still be on the road!! So where is the logic! I can understand encouraging car manufacturers to change the new cars but there is not a lot you can do to existing cars!! |
