I'm also up for a track day.
Have used motorsport events in the past and they were excellent, one of their acadamy days is well recommended, you get to understand the on limit handling of your car in a safe environment (nothing to hit except cones) and then you get track time to it put all together.
If you get a group together they will accomodate you as there was a group of clio cup drivers when I went a few years ago.
They specialise in airfield trackdays which are safer IMO as there is loads of runoff and no walls or banks to stuff your car up on if you overcook it.. They also tend to be a bit cheaper.
Obviously Bedford being purpose built is superb but pricey. |
