Been talking to some people about having another family day at Fellfoot Park at the bottom of Lake Windermere. This is all about relaxing, enjoying good company and maybe getting a boat or playing rounders in a breathtaking location. Last years one was fun and certainly eventful
.
Once again I think it would be a good idea to visit the Wrynose Pass again where we (still?) have some ducks that were released last year in memory of Ruthie and Ed. I hope the two Kim's won't mind if we do the same for Stu and Duncan too
.
So, the format which is based on a
Saturday arrival:
Arrive late morning/lunchtime
Picnic
Generally relax at your leisure
Later in the afternoon drive over to the passes
** Try not to fall into the Lake or have any tyre blowouts please**
This is a family day so children are most definitely welcome
