I have to be honest in all the press releases for the tuning kit I never saw any mention of increased emissions, but as for tax purposes there is definately no increase as it is dealer fitted. Mini did claim there was no increase in fuel consumption, does anyone know if no extra fuel would mean there was no extra carbon emissions. |
