He is adament its my fault, and says coz I hit him at the back, despite him crossing in front of me, thats it. He had a passenger with him, both of whom shouted at me when I got out the car
and there were no witnesses, little old me against that isnt gonna work, especially as I dont think they want to go through insurance.
To be honest at the moment I cant be doing with the hassle of it, ive had a really really tough week or so with numerous things and that was just the icing on the cake.
