Kev, the car has pretty much maintained its height since install. Maybe just a tiny tiny bit of settling... hardly noticeable. Also, I've run my fingers across the insides of the rear fenders, and couldn't feel any rubbed spots. I plan on taking a closer look this weekend (e.g. take the rear wheels off for a closer look). I haven't loaded up the car though, so I can't really comment on that.
