They are ment to be, the box description is "crystal black" the lens is clear no frosting and the rear section is black so it looks smoked, with the addition of a coloured bulb it flashes perfect orange. I purchased them through "www.directcarparts.co.uk" they are direct replacements all you get is the lens and bulbs for £25.
