One thing to note with all this power is how well the car can put it down and last night I was truly amazed at how well even a none lsd car can put the power down if set-up properly.
The coilover set-up combinded with the powerflex bushes meant that I could power out of some very familiar Milton Keynes roundabouts last night at an unbelievable speed with no loss of traction... the car just points and goes... and goes... and doesn't stop until the next roundabout when I'm having to scrub off nearly twice the speed I was when the car was stock.
I'm going out for a good run today so I can put my Evo style write up together as promised but as pleased as I am with the headline grabbing bhp figure I'm more pleased with the way the car now handles that figure. |
