There are the odd bit's that will fit some needing a little modification (not sure about the seats, Ive been asked a few times so I would like too know if they fit).
But basically there isn't that much compatible as the 2nd Gen MINI is a totally different car too the 1st Gen although it looks similar.
Saying that, where there's a will there's a way and nothing is impossible (I could be wrong on that)
