| Simple Question
I apologized if this has been discussed before. Is there any way to lock the doors after you've parked and removed the key without using the key?
I'm very used to turning off the car, putting my key in my purse and then locking the door using the switch. With my MINI, it seems that the switch doesn't work after I turn off the car and remove the key. Is this correct or is my switch bad?
I guess if this is how it is, I'm just going to have to create a new habit. Since I use a purse that is like a small, leather backpack it's a pain to to have to wait until after I get out of the car to stow my keys. I use that type of purse because it leaves my hands free to carry stuff. Now I'm carrying stuff while trying to lock my door then stow my key and then close up the purse.
