You'll be paying quite a bit more by looking at dealer's MINIs.
I looked at about 20 Cooper S's when I was looking for mine, and dealer ones were at least a couple of grand more.
Eventually I found a perfect 2003 plate, 38K on the clock, for £9,500. Had half leather interior (back seats and passenger seats looked like they'd never been used, and the drivers seat was the best I had seen anywhere), Xenon lights, Climate Control, MFSW, CD Changer, Cruise Control, Spot Lights, DSC, SS+, Chilli Pack, Run Flats, 1 TLC left etc etc.
Same spec from a dealer and I was looking at £12,000!
As a note, I get 30mpg from mine - that's fun and day to day driving, to and from work etc. |
