My thoughts are to be upfront and tell them. After all, you did have it inspected by the dealer and had the parts replaced. In my mind, it establishes that you have nothing to hide : )
Of course, you don't have to have it be the very first thing you point out when someone looks over the car; but I do think full disclosure shows you are proud of your vehicle and your care of it.
