My S beast is 4 days old, and its brilliant. It looks beautiful, a DS all over with web-spoke alloys and moonroof. But the power is a revelation, never having had a performance car before. The surprise is how refined it is, from engine to suspension. I had feared that the 17" with run-flats would be a bad ride, but its great - firm, but not crashy, and mostly a lot more compliant than I had expected. The gearbox is a gem, so short and quick and smooth, up or down. And no squeaks or rattles yet, fingers crossed. I feel sorry for everyone driving....something else. |
