Guys I can't say i have got the cold start noise after watching the video clips but on my MCS Club (March 2008 build) and I have got a slight tappety sound since new (only done 800 miles). I say Tappety because it sounds like it comes from the top of the engine, could it be solenoids or something like that?

- Anyone else on here got this type of noise?

Incidently I find the engine quietest after just after a cold start!
