That sounds like a split rubber to me, the design of them means a cursory look wont give anything away but if it's split it will be able to move inside it.
Thinking laterally, are all 4 of the hangers attached? Does the milltek have a band like the standard exhaust, if it does it might have come loose/rusted through. |
