You are right, but you are stuck in a sense so getting really mad will do nothing to "help" the situation except drive your blood pressure up. The dealer has said they will respray the roof to remove the scratches and as I mentioned, I would be VERY picky to make sure that it is done correctly. Once resprayed, it should look like new.
I would also haggle a bit and see if you can get some freebies from them. You should not have to pay for that decal job at all. |
