Alternatively you could consider getting the new Yokohama S Drive tyre in the same 205/40-18 size you have now.

My GP is on Falken 452 in 215/35/18 size. The ride and grip is a significant improvement over the runflats.
Speedo reads about 5% high (autobahn tested) and car is lowered by 7mm using this tyre size
