Agree with other posts that the main thing is you got it sorted.
Why is it that when somebody else is paying, i.e. an insurance or warranty job, these cowboys think that a job like that is acceptable..... and to lie to your face about your car already being like that like you never noticed it in the weeks/months before- unbelievable.
I am due back to the 'stealer' after the monkey who replaced my boot lip handle split the rubber seal to hell and rather than put a new one on simply placed handle over top leaving blooming great gaps every three inches for rain to run in. Only saving grace is they are chasing me to pay for a different part and I am refusing until they fix job properly - odd how much more helpful they are when you have something they want .
