That's what a Supercharger will do to fue consumption, unless you drive it like an old lady. If you drive it like a normal car you should get slightyly better figures but if you start or keep driving it like it should be driven...FAST then your consumption will be less than impressive. But performance is why you bought the Cooper S so just enjoy it as much as you can and be thankful you didn't buy a V8 or a Supercharged V6.
