I know that VW Golf and BMW with Xenons can be adjusted.
See attached pdf for Golf.
I am going to Europe latter in the year, but i will check to see if my Xenons can be adjusted.
If BMW's can then its a fair bet that the Mini will be the same.
Only check the lights when they are cold and not switched on.
20000 volts and 700 degrees can leave a nasty mark.
I'll get back to you once I have checked.
The alternative is to take it to your dealer, I am sure they will onnly be too pleased to take £50 off you each time they adjust them.
