Seem's like it would take more power to run the electrolyzer than you'd get back from it ? And looking at the patents it seems that at least some of the science is sloppy and has already been proven to be incorrect.

Looking a bit deeper into the spec it seems you'd need about 5kw (7hp ish) to generate 1.3kw (1.7hp ish) which means that I won't be fitting it my Cooper S anytime soon

Looks like we'll have to keep using petrol till Mr Fusion comes along.
