From memory, the only part that's a problem will be the rear bumper. The Cooper S exhaust is in the middle as a double exhaust rather than the single cooper one situated on the right.

Can anyone confirm that? Apart from that, I think you should be able to transfer everything else over (as long as you have the original bumpers).
