For the wind noise, check the black plastic clip on windscreen pillar covers are secure? Early ones have been known to fly off at speed or when badly fitted after a windscreen replacement. If they are broken or damaged later ones were improved & can be fitted to cure the problem. If you do a search there are quite a few posts about them with more details.
Also, are your side windows fully closing as the door shuts and are the door rubber seals ok?
